Jacqueline Leyva

Jacqueline was born and raised in the beach town of Pacifica in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Placer County in 2005 along with her family. In 2010 she established her home in Lincoln because she loved the hometown feel and the community as a whole. As a mother of four children she was very active and wanted to lead by example the importance of health and fitness for life and longevity. It was a natural transformation for her to move into Personal Training and Body Building so that she can share that with the community as well. A firm believer in natural health remedies and food as fuel and medicine it was second hand to share that with her clients who were looking for overall health and wellness solutions. Wanting to really share more with the community beyond just fitness and have a career that she not only loves but can leave a legacy for her children she began the brainstorming process. Jacqueline remembered a conversation from 2015 that she had with a fellow fitness enthusiast about a cold sauna that he experienced. She then began the research process and discovered Cryotherapy. She was very excited to learn all the healing properties of Cryo not only for the fitness market but for seniors or anyone experiencing pain within their bodies. Wanting to start a business with her best friend Becki She called her and asked “What about Cryotherapy?!?…”
